Director of Preconstruction

Joe Brooks is the Director of Preconstruction at STR Constructors, LLC.

Joe is a result-driven leader with a number of years in commercial, industrial, multifamily, resort, aerospace and institutional projects. Many of his successes have been delivered through the design build process where he fosters the principles of transparency, collaboration and integrity throughout the process.

His experience representing both the development and deployment sides of the equation allows for a well-rounded perspective and understanding of the client’s vision and challenges enabling clear expectations to be set then met or exceeded. He is keen on clarity in contract commitments; exceeding in concise financial and strategic planning focused on time sensitivity.

Joe’s career path has been rising from the trenches to executive leadership through field operations, project management, cost model development, design team management, entitlement processes and overall firm leadership engagements. The projects he has participated in have ranged from small ventures to excess of 100-million-dollar products across several sectors. He approaches all of his endeavors with the same level of importance and care.
