Charles brings over 16 years of construction project management experience to STR Constructors, having operated across virtually every facet of the industry — owner's representative, general contracting, government and military construction, and the subcontractor side. That range of perspective gives him a distinct advantage on any project: he understands what every stakeholder at the table needs, and how to move work forward when it matters most.

Charles began his career in the trades, earning his plumbing license and building a hands-on foundation in the field before stepping into project management. From there, he progressed through increasingly complex roles spanning government and military construction, mechanical contracting, and commercial general contracting, delivering on projects ranging from the Tesla Gigafactory in Austin and the Bezos Academy in Phoenix to the J.Crew flagship buildout in SoHo, New York.

Charles holds a PMP certification, OSHA 30, and is proficient across industry-standard construction management software. He is based in the Austin area and is focused on delivering projects that are successful for clients, trade partners, and the teams that build them.
