William Hodgens has over 35 years of diverse experience in the construction industry. He began his career as a general laborer for a large commercial general contractor and quickly advanced into Quality Control. After earning his associate’s degree in Construction Management, he transitioned into multi-family construction as an Assistant Superintendent and rapidly progressed into the role of Superintendent.
Throughout his career, William has managed multi-million-dollar projects across the Austin and Dallas markets, including high-end wrap and garden-style multi-family developments, hospital facilities, and mixed-use projects from ground-up construction through final turnover. His experience includes developments featuring retail spaces, restaurants, live-work units, rooftop pools, courtyards, playgrounds, fitness centers, and commercial kitchen facilities. William is recognized for his strong leadership in project scheduling, quality control, jobsite safety, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
