Caleb Rogerson is an Estimator at STR Constructors, where he supports the preconstruction process through estimating, cost planning, and project coordination. His background includes commercial construction, project management, and capital improvement projects, with experience contributing to work across Texas, Tennessee, Louisiana, and South Florida. Having worked in both estimating and project execution, Caleb understands the importance of developing accurate budgets, identifying potential challenges early, and helping projects stay on track from preconstruction through completion.

Originally from Houston, Caleb now calls Central Texas home. He enjoys working collaboratively with owners, design teams, and trade partners to find practical solutions that add value throughout the construction process. Outside of work, Caleb enjoys golfing, spending time with family, and reading. He is passionate about continuous learning and is always looking for ways to grow both personally and professionally.
