With more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Mike Luster brings extensive expertise in delivering projects on time and within budget. He began his career working alongside his father, a General Contractor, and has remained dedicated to the industry throughout his professional career.
Mr. Luster’s diverse project portfolio includes office, retail, restaurant, K-12 educational facilities, ground-up construction, and tenant improvement projects. His passion for construction is reflected in every project he undertakes. He takes a hands-on approach to project management and thrives in navigating the complexities and challenges of demanding projects. Clients and project stakeholders consistently develop confidence in his leadership and expertise, contributing to smooth project execution and successful outcomes.
Outside of work, Mr. Luster loves spending time with his wife and grandchildren. He also enjoys “Garage time”, where he provides design guidance and consultation for home remodeling projects for family and friends.
