STR Constructors just completed a commercial building for me, and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my next commercial project. Everything was done in tip top fashion. A good relationship is critical to any project, and I had that from beginning to end with STR. What a difference good people make! I am very thankful to the folks who referred me to them. Tucker Hill Lane Complex Project. Throughout the course of construction, STR Constructors employees have displayed a high level of professionalism, experience, dedication and commitment to quality. Our project is funded by the Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery (TIGER) grant program and is administered through the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and through the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). Therefore, all state and federal construction guidelines and requirements must be adhered to. STR Constructors has demonstrated expertise by creating a teamwork-oriented atmosphere that works well with the project team to find solutions to problems, value engineer cost savings and overcome numerous challenges during the course of this construction. The City of Marble Falls recently completed the construction of our 13,000 square foot, $3.7 MM, Public Safety Facility with STR Constructors, Ltd., serving as the general contractor. Overall, the project was managed very professionally, completed on time and within budget. From the beginning of the project through to completion, STR’s management of their subcontractors proved to be aggressive and efficient, keeping our project on schedule. Communication was outstanding, always responding to requests and questions without hesitation and making themselves readily available when necessary. Of special note is the effort made during the initial phases of the contract award wherein STR was extremely helpful in value engineering the project in order to get the cost in line with our funding level. Throughout the construction of our project, they have proven to be a very capable and professional construction company.
